Preparation method:

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add all items given in the list for marinating and mix well without any lumps. Add paneer now and marinate for 15 mins.
  2. Preheat oven 350 F/180 C, place marinated paneer on a baking sheet and roast for about 10 to 15 mins or until well roasted. Don’t leave it for long time because it will become hard.
  3. For making roasted red pepper sauce, heat oil in a pan and roast all items given in the list for making sauce. Allow them to cool and grind it to puree, set aside.
  4. Now comes arranging part, slightly toasted tortilla and spread some roasted red pepper sauce on it, then add roasted paneer, onion, tomato, salt and pepper needed and roll them up. Now paneer wrap is ready to serve.

Notes:

  • You can always replace roasted red pepper sauce with tomato ketch up or hot pepper sauce.
  • Do not over cook paneer because it will become dry after sometime and it will be hard to eat.
  • You can always pan grill paneer instead of using oven.
