- ¼ tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
For the Stir Fry:
- 1 tbsp oil (for shrimp)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for stir-fry)
- 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 stalks spring onion (white and green parts separated)
- 1 medium onion, chopped into cubes
- 1 small capsicum (bell pepper), cubed
- A pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
For the Sauce:
- 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp chili paste or sriracha (adjust to taste)

Step 1: Cook the Udon Noodles
