Berry smoothie

Delicious and delectable smoothie prepared with nutritious packed berries like blueberries and strawberries, along with Greek yogurt, is a best thing to drink on a hot summer.

Ingredients:

Serves 2 or 3

      • 1/2 cup – Blueberry
      • 1/2 cup – Strawberry(chopped)
      • 3/4 cup – Greek yogurt (plain)
      • 1/2 cup – Ice cubes
      • Sugar or honey to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it is thin, frothy and creamy. If it is too thick, add water to create a pourable consistency.
  2. Add sugar or honey to taste, if using. Berry smoothie is ready and serve immediately.

Notes:

  • You may replace Greek yogurt with our regular yogurt.
  • Sugar or honey is completely optional.
  • Do not keep the smoothie for long time, just prepare and drink it immediately.
