Nannari sarbath is a very popular summer drink, especially in the Southern part of Tamilnadu. It helps to cool your body during hot summer days. I prepared sarbath with store bought nannari syrup, but you will get nannari roots from shops in Tamilnadu, India and with that you can make your own syrup for your sarbath.
- 5 tsp – Nannari syrup
- 1 cup – Water
- 1/4 cup - Ice cubes
- 1 tsp – Lemon juice
- Sugar to taste
- Take a mixing bowl, add Nannari syrup, water, squeeze some lemon juice and required sugar, mix well.
- If you think you may need more nannari syrup and lemon juice, add it to your taste. Finally, add ice cubes and serve cold.
- I used store bought nannari syrup.
- You may increase or decrease quantity of nannari syrup, lemon juice, sugar as per your taste.
