Homemade Eggless Mayonnaise

 Homemade Eggless Mayonnaise:

Homemade Mayo with no egg, no oil, and no dairy products (Vegan).


Ingredients: 20 to 25 - Cashew nuts 5 to 6 nos- Mint leaves 1 no - Garlic clove 1 tsp - Lemon juice ( or add as needed) Salt to taste Pepper powder to taste water as needed Preparations: Step 1 : Wash and soak the cashew nuts in hot water for 10 to 15 mins. Drain the water completely and set it aside. Step 2 : In a mixer jar, add the soaked cashews, mint leaves, garlic, salt and pepper powder as needed, lemon juice, and grind it to a coarse paste. Step 3: Now add water little by little and grind it to a sauce consistency. Not too thick or too thin. Step 4: Transfer it to a storage container and use it immediately or refrigerate it for future use. Recommended storage time: 2 to 3 days in fridge. Step 5: Enjoy homemade eggless mayonnaise with any thing of your choices like wraps, dips for fried items, lettuce wraps etc.
