Arisi paruppu sadham is a simple and delicious rice with less ingredients that can be prepared in no time. I learned this recipe from my friend who is from Coimbatore and it seems a popular kongunadu dish. I loved it very much when I prepared for the very first time and it became one of my favorites now. • I always like my arisi paruppu sadham to be firm and separated but not mushy. If you want it to be mushy then increase water ratio to 1:2 1/2.
