Semiya Paal Ice/ Vermicelli Milk popsicles

 80's and 90's kids favourite paal ice /popsicle recipe. It is a 2 in 1 recipe, you may either have it as a popsicle or as a kheer, both are good.

Ingredients: * 1 litre - Milk (I have used 2% milk) * 1/4 cup - Roasted vermicelli/semiya *2 to 3 tbsp - Almond milk powder (I used homemade powder) *Sugar as needed Preparation method: 1. Bring the milk to a rolling boil, add vermicelli, almond milk powder and sugar to taste, continue to cook until the vermicelli cooks and milk gets slightly thick. 2.Switch off the stove and allow them to cool down completely. Pour the mixture in a popsicle mould and freeze it until it is firm enough. 3.Unmould it by showing them in a warm running water and enjoy your popsicle!. 

Notes: You may increase or decrease the amount of sugar as per your sweet level.
