✨ Try it once and you’ll never go back to store-bought granola!

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 3 cups organic sprouted rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts & dried fruits (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, raisins, dried cranberries)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1.5 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, brown sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond butter, vanilla essence, and mix thoroughly so everything is well coated.
  4. Pour in the honey and melted coconut oil. Mix well. The mixture should be slightly sticky and not too dry. Add more almond butter or honey if needed.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a thin layer on the baking tray.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Take it out, stir gently, and return it to the oven for another 10–15 minutes, or until light golden brown. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Stir occasionally while cooling — it will crisp up as it cools.
  8. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  9. Serve with milk, yogurt, fresh fruits — or just as a snack!
