Healthy Laddu with Peanuts and Seeds

 Easy 4-Ingredient Healthy Snack with Peanuts and Seeds | Quick Recipe


  • 1 cup - Peanuts
  • 1/2 cup - Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Flax seeds
  • Jaggery powdered as needed
  • 1/8 tsp - cardamom powder 
Preparation method:

  1. Dry roast the peanuts and seeds each separately. Allow them to cool completely. Remove the peanuts skin.
  2. Grind it along with jaggery powder and cardamom powder to a slightly coarse powder.
  3. Make laddu or ladoo and store it in an air tight container outside for a week and enjoy! Best snack for women and teen girls.
