In this post, I’m sharing our recent visit to the newly opened Lime & Lemon Indian Grill and Bar with a Premium Lounge in Apex, North Carolina.

We started with a relaxing weekend breakfast (8:00–10:30 AM), enjoying authentic South Indian dishes like idli, ven pongal, poori masala, medhu vadai, Spring dosa, Mangalore dosa, and Madras filter coffee — simple, comforting, and truly homely. Later, we explored the Premium Lounge, known for its elegant interiors, creative cocktails like Kadhal Roja and Madurai Malli, and a unique menu where you can customize your protein and sauces like tikka masala, butter masala, or vindaloo. Some of our favorites included mutton kola bites, beetroot cutlet, knockout chicken, mango lime tofu tikka, and seeraga samba mutton biryani. To make the experience even more special, we celebrated my birthday in their private VIP room, a spacious area perfect for family gatherings or office parties of 15+ people. The food, drinks, service, and ambiance made it a truly wholesome and memorable experience.
