  • 1 cup sprouted oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 10 makhana (fox nuts)
  • 1 tsp flaxseed powder
  • Salt to taste

✨ For Waffle Batter:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder 


🪄 Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Blend the Mix: Add oats, almond flour, corn flour, cacao powder, makhana, flaxseed powder, and salt into a blender. Blend to a fine powder.
  2. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, mash bananas and add egg. Mix well.
  3. Add Flavor: Add vanilla essence and maple syrup. Mix again.
